If someone has over 4 hours to watch TV they certainly should have more then 17 minutes to work on their health and that is what we want to focus on here. If you could think of a good alternative activity to do besides watching TV for someone older what would it be?

 

Older American Stat and Fact #3: The Surgeon Generals Office Recommends A Minimum of 30 Minutes of Accumulated Physical Activity Per Day To Reap The Benefits of Exercise

 

 

What this stat should reveal is that it does not take much for a senior to stay active and healthy. If all it takes is 30 minutes a day to remain on the right track then all seniors should be able at very least come close to meeting this goal not withstanding other major health problems. There are plenty of workout programs like the CIZE dance routine that give seniors plenty of opportunity to stay fit. If you could create one engaging physical activity for seniors that would last 30 minutes a day what would it be?
